we are in a customer service center scenario and we have a requirement to route an incoming email based on some customer
master data values. Our idea is to identify the customer using the sender email address and then, based on specific customer master data
values, route the incoming email to a specific Group. Is it somehow possible to use a FM, or does exist a BAdI, as a condition
in the rule policies?

Hi,
I'm searching for a possibility to delete obsolete (and not used) segmentation basis from our system. As a workaround I've assigned a usage on which no user is authorized (by authorization object CRM_SEGTYP) but I prefer to have them really deleted to keep the system clean. I'm working on a system with CRM 7.03 EHP3 without business function CRM_MKT_HVS activated.

I have a trouble- in my z-table where relations between house_id and zip code are shown. The field object_zip has integer type. I have a house in kazakhstan country, it has a postal code 060000. The problem is then i try to save value 060000 sap cuts 0 and saves as 60000. Could you help me to solve it? Unortunatelly, we do not have abap developer and cannot change type of field. And could you please tell me how does this thing realized in standart table or where i can find it? I do not know the name. Tried to find something in t005 table, but it has only length for zip code and check rule.

Desktop Connection for SAP CRM currently support X-509 digital certificates for single sign-on. Is there any plan to use SAP Logon Tickets?
In last version version of Groupware Client 10.3 we can get the SAP Logon Ticket specifying in the error tab for logon errors (SICF) for the sync. service (crm_act_gwsync) the url of the portal.

Dear All,
I have set properly the the fact sheet for the Sales orders.
I set the last 15 documents in the ERP. But on the CRM Webui
there are some missing sales orders. Have you ever faced this issue?
For example, I can see the customer's order in March. But the next
orders are issued in last year. So the orders from February and January
are missing.

I have some concerns about this scenario:
We configured CRM GWI Synch for MS outlook (appointments) and this architecture works fine when we try inside our company network (that is a POC).
My question is: What are the steps that we have to perform in order to allow our worldwide users to use GWI features when tehy work outside the company network?
Pay Attention: VPN is not a valid solution for our scenario.
how getting this done? do we have to pubblish GWI services on Web dispatcher?
Fiori could be a valid, alternative solution?

I've got pricing procedure like this (it is for header of transaction):
I didn't set indicator in field "Manual condition" as i wanted all this condition to be automaticaly included into pricing (at the moment of transaction creation).
And what do i see in WebUI when i create transaction?
Yeah, i can see only those condition without ID in pricing procedure (like "Big Bond value (fix), Cost of Big Bond (calc) etc.)
Whats wrong with this pricing procedure and how can i fix it?

I want to activate the 'Category' fields for the user while creating a complaint document via. Web-UI. For this purpose I've configured the following in the backend
Code Group: YCOMP1
Code group profile: YCOMP
Subject Profile: YCOMP
I've assigned it to catalog C and also created a transaction type ZCOM for complaint. Afterwards I've created a schema in Web-UI and in the application object selected 'Complaint' 'Subject Profile' and selected the subject-profile.
After saving the Schema, it is in status 'Active' but when I am creating a complaint and when I check the Categorization block (At could be wrong. Also I am logged in as Sales User not Service, wondering what could be wrong here is it config or whether the categorization ? ?

I working one of the requirement where user will login into CRM IC Agent role and he will confirm the account by searching the account so that all related partners will be populated into second screen(Partners) as shown below.
Now user will select agent inbox and opens any of the email the component for email display is (CRMCMP_CCS_EML) .
I wanted to read the business partner account id(Activity partner) that is confirmed on first screen in this component CRMCMP_CCS_EML.
Becuase I need to default some fields based on the BP Data that is confirmed.
Could you pelase let me know how I can read business partners confirmed on first screen into this component CRMCMP_CCS_EML.
is it possible to read that data.

when i try to create email from service request in interaction center. the new email page .. there are buttons CC, BCC.. when i click these buttons to enter couple of mail ids, popup came which is address search. here when i try to search with search button .. it's not getting any data. i try to check that technical info of this popup but it is not giving any info.
can anybody help me to how to get the technical info of this popup and button on this popup. so that it will be helpful.

Hi SAP gurus, this is my first post on this forums but I've been following some discussions on problems I´ve faced. Unfortunately I haven't found a post that solves the following problem
We have the following scenario:
We have materials with no availability check on both CRM and ECC.
1. Customer does an order on the customers portal
2. A sales agent does a partial delivery
3. A portal agent changes the order, specifically, he changes the time on posting date field.
After save, the confirmed quantity changes for some non uniform quantity. And this is only happening on orders made on a different kind of base unit. For example, the base unit of a material is MTO, a mass measure unit. If we do an order with this unit and follow the scenario described before, the confirmed quantity has no changes. However, if we make an order on M3, a volume measure unit, the quantity changes.
I already checked the conversion table on both crm and ECC and the conversion factor are the same. We also applied note 0001227337 since we were facing the same problem with base unit.

we have 32,154 Error Bdoc in CRM and all are outbound error BDoc from CRM to Thrid party system,
Error BDoc's listed : Partially send, receivers have errors,BDoc type TG_MSG.
Is there any chance receiver system is not Up or anything is missing at receiver side and I am referring this note 757955 but no use,Could you please provide some more suggestion or any SAP notes we need to implement.

We have just upgraded to EhP3 and are having trouble with popups having both horizontal and vertical scrollbars in IE9 when we set an explicit width. For example, if we set the width of a popup to 1280px, the iframe inside it gets a width="100%" attribute (which is fine) but then gets an inline style of "width:1300px;", which triggers the scrollbar.
Here's an (edited) iframe opening tag from IE9:

We are implementing SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3.
I'm having issues with the Split functionality in CRM. I have configured the Loyalty program, memberships, members and cards. The membership type that we use is "GROUP" membership which means one membership for multiple members.
I have a membership with 3 assigned members and when I try to split one of the members, I'm getting an error. After doing some debugging, it looks like the program is looking for "Related memberships" which to me is wrong. This is for "Shared" memberships. I wonder if there is Note or something that we need to apply.
Can anyone help me and let me know if we are doing something wrong?

I am working on a Service Request (SRQM_INCIDENT_H). Entered header data and without saving tried to create another Incident. In this case it retained the Header data that I entered in previous Incident. I tried to reset the core, It did not work. In debugging mode, I checked the value in GET_ attribute method. Even though its blank, on Webui, its showing the previous data.
Is there any Notes available for this? Please advice.
