Hi All,
When Im trying to click on search button in a screen, it is giving the error ' Entry 'field_name' cannot be used. configuration missing search criteria'.
After getting this clear, If I click on search button again we are not getting error. This field is present in search structure also.
This is not for saved search.
Please suggest how to avoid this error message.

I'm new to CRM, so I was hoping for find some answers here in SDN. We had issues with data exchange between ECC and CRM in the recent past, and as a result we noticed that there are 3,000+ customer accounts that differ between ECC and CRM. ECC has the most up to date information, based on our analysis. My question is, is there a CRM utility that can be used to bring over a specific group of customer accounts from ECC over to CRM?
I've done some research with R3AC4, and it sounds like a possible solution, but not sure how it works (or how I can restrict it so that only a selected number of accounts come over.

I am new to CRM, I have 2 different workcenters one is for create customer and another one is to search for customers in my navigation bar.
when i try to create customer by clicking person icon on result list of Account search screen then it is displaying the overview page where i can enter customer details and while clicking enter/save button it is displaying popup to add sales info data.
here my problem is when i trying create partner by clicking the workcenter 'create partner', then it is displaying the overview page like above, but here once i am trying to hit enter /save popup is not coming to enter sales info data.
Both workcentes have save component.
i have checked the component usage in BP_HEAD there is bp_head_search component is there. where i am missing to find the issue.
pls provide some help.

My requirement is to terminate service order from saving if there are duplicate and convert the warning to error message, I wrote a code in the order_save badi implementation.
I tried using CRM_MESSAGES_Search, display and collect, I am getting the loghandle from crm_order_read (with requested objects Messages) but not able to retrieve the messages from all this function module, its retrieving nothing, I tried passing header guid, item guid and handle
its not returning anything. can any one guide me, how to get all the service order errors saved in Web ui.

We are creating TPM rebate in CRM Using ERP rebate settlement. After SD Sales cycle & against accruals in rebate agreement we are generating credit memos. In the background SIS structure S060 is getting updated. Now we are running report to bring settled value in CRM funds checkbook. This settled value is not coming to CRM.
Few doubts
Is it necessary to bring accruals in CRM, If we not settling rebate in CRM. ?
Is Report "RCRM_FM_ACL_ACCRUAL_UPLOAD_DIS" is applicable to bring settled value in CRM. ?

i am Facing one issue with Fact sheet. We have data for the one particular business partner, but when we are clicking on fact sheet in WEBUI , in the fact sheet we have 2 fields Sales Trace history & General complaint Data it is not giving any data. it is showing as a Blank. even the system is not populating any kind of popup. could you please help me on this what config need to check in this. Please find the below mentioned Screenshot.

When I log into Marketing Pro role and create a Marketing plan,Search,clear buttons not displayed properly When clicked on search help for Marketing organization field,in the sense the page is not loaded properly in some of our desktops.The same is the case when I selected for input help in currency field.The page doesnt load completely and display result is not properly displayed as shown in below screenshots.I am unable to understand whether this is IT issue/basis issue or like what?

Hi,
I created a table the service order object via the AET. Now I want to add multiple lines to the table via a button. I tried to create the entities in the event handler via the CREATE method of class CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY_FACTORY and then add the entities to the context node. This doesn't work because the table is created as a dependent object. I guess I have to add the entity via the parent node but how can I get a reference to the parent node in the AET component?
Any help would be appreciated,

Hi all,
We're upgrading to the latest release of ISA (7.3) and were told by SAP that IE10 is recommended, IE9 will be fine and IE8 is not supported. I found that strange since they do have a CSS file for IE8 (although there isn't much in there).
Some of our customers cannot upgrade from IE8.
We'll have a box running IE8 in the office and we'll test things ourselves but I was wondering if anyone has experience with such a set up and can tell me of any specific problems they've had.
