How I can assign the Contract Object to Business Agreement? In SAP CRM

Hi all, What could help me?

 

Is currently configured replication BP, Business Agreement and Contract Object, CRM to  PSCD(TRM) and vice versa.

 

But I have a problem, as I do the relationship of Business Agreement with the Contract Object?

 

I have read the following SAP documentation but do not understand, someone could help me solve this.

Features

In the application Contract Objects (BSP application CRMM_PRD_PSOB) on the tab page Business Agreements,you get a list of all business agreements assigned to the respective contract object.

By clicking on To Form View you can switch from a selected business agreement to detailed data on it. Note that the business agreement data in the BSP application Contract Objects is only available for display purposes. To make changes to the business agreement data, you must switch to the BSP application Accounts, by clicking on the link for the assigned business partner (column Account ID ).

Creating Business Transactions

In the Customizing settings of the contract object in IMG activity Activate Contract Object for Item Categories , you can define that business transactions with certain Item Categoriescan only be posted if linked to a valid account assignment combination business partner-business agreement-contract object. When creating a service order for these business transactions, you must

  • assign a contract object (obligatory input value)
  • enter the ID of the contract object on tab page Reference Object in field Product ID as the main objectNote NoteNote that after saving the business transaction, you can no longer change the master data combination.

Activities

To assign a new business agreement to a contract object, choose Add Entry and enter the number of the business agreement

Steps to integrate CRM and HCM

Hi Experts

 

I am creating a activity as follow-up doc for opportunity associated with account. During activity creation, i  have to assign  employee to activity based on employee's  availability and location.

 

To get the employee availability and location, I may need to depend on HCM system. As of now CRM and HCM are not integrated. I want to start integration between CRM and HCM, I haven't done this earlier.  Can any body help with the steps.

Service Resource Planning on campaign's target groups?

Hi Experts


I am creating a activity as follow-up doc for opportunity associated with a account. During activity creation, i  have to assign  employee to activity based on employee's  availability and based on employee's location. To get the employee availability and location, I may need to depend on HCM.


Here is CRM Service Resource Planning satisfy the need to assign employees to activities?

Is resource planning can be done for the Activity based ?

Is it possible  to utilize Service Resource Planning  on campaign's target groups?

What are the integration steps between HCM and CRM to get the employee location and availability?

View controller of BSP component missing

Hi All,

 

When I Click on 'Interaction Record' workcenter on Web UI, I am getting  dump with termination type RABX_STATE. It is due to missing 'View controller' objects in the BSP componenet 'ICCMP_BTSHEAD'. Could you please let me know how to get Change history and restore mechanism for the deleted objects ?

We made some configurations in Marketing area and moved corresponding TR's from Dev server to QAS,but am not able to see the changes in QAS while testing.Where all could I have gone wrong?

How to pass a value from backend to UI

Hi Experts,

 

I have a table view with editable cells. I enter something into a cell of the table column(say 8.7) and press enter or a button to round off the entered value using some function module in the backend say call function 'zxyz'

                              exporting iv_cell1 = '8.7'

                              importing ev_cell1 = lv_cell1.  "(Here lv_cell1 is 9.0).

 

I want this value i.e. lv_cell1 value which is 9.0 here to be set on the UI. In short, I want to send a value from any function module from the backend to be set on UI. How to achieve it?

Segmentation object : Product not appearing over UI but appearing over GUI

Hi All,

                we are in need of your support, we had generated BI Query and we had maintained as PRODUCT over Segment Object over CRMD_MKTDS

And we had enhanced a FM for converting GUID’s

We had created an Attribute list maintaining the Category & usage as Conditions

When I am using it over CRMD_MKTSEG, I am able to pick the attribute for creating Target Group.

But when I am trying to call the same Attribute over UI, I am unable to find the attribute query

I had maintained usage as “Condition”

But I am not able to find the query over Graphical Modular, Can you please help us out on this.

If I am using any other Selection over Usage then other Attribute list query is displaying

Issues with regard to images in mailforms the interaction center

Hi experts,

 

I'm having issues with the mailforms created in the manager IC role in CRM. When creating mailforms I want to add the logo of our company to the message. Therefore we use the 'insert image' icon. Till that point everything seems fine. However, when this mailform is used receivers receive a red cross where the picture was placed instead of the attached picture.

Hello,

 

I am having trouble updating an BuilContactPersonAddrSMTP entity using BOL. Below you can see a code snippet.

 

lr_cp_addr_smtp = lr_cp_address_rel->get_related_entities( iv_relation_name = 'BuilContactPersonAddrEmailRel' )->get_next( ).
CHECK lr_cp_addr_smtp->lock( ) = abap_true.
lr_cp_addr_smtp->set_property_as_string( EXPORTING iv_attr_name           = 'COMM_NOTES'                                                   iv_value               = lv_comment ).
lr_core->modify( ).
lr_transaction = lr_core->get_transaction( ).
IF lr_transaction->check_save_needed( ) = abap_true AND lr_transaction->check_save_possible( ) = abap_true.  IF lr_transaction->save( ) EQ abap_true.    lr_transaction->commit( ).  ELSE.    lr_transaction->rollback( ).  ENDIF.
ENDIF.

After getting the entity I am checking if it is locked, then setting the property "COMM_NOTES". Afterwards I do a core modify and get the transaction. Up to here everything looks ok. When now check_save_needed( ) is executed, I can see in the debugger that nothing is marked to be changed and the method returns false, so it skips all the parts of saving and commiting.

That is when I started debugging the modify( ) method. I ended up in class CL_BUPA_IL_ADDRESS_COMM and method MODIFY. Comparing call made to this modify method of CL_BUPA_IL_ADDRESS_COMM from changing the COMM_NOTES in my program and changing the COMM_NOTES in  transaction GENIL_BOL_BROWSER, I can see that variable GR_ADDR_MEMORY is filled from the beginning when changed through BOL browser and when changed through my program it is empty.

 

Does somebody have a piece of advice for me?

Factory Calendar in SAP CRM

Hi all,

 

I am working on SAP CRM 7.0 ehp1. We have a requirement of creating a new factory calendar as per the holiday calendar of client. I have checked the procedure but I have few doubts regarding implementation. Please help me to find the answers.

  1. How can I find, is there any existing factory calendar in use? If I create new factory calendar will it affect the processing of existing processes in the system?
  2. Where I can assign this newly created  factory calendar in CRM?
  3. Is there any link or document that explains the creation of factory calendar and its assignment?

Default Skin to Business Role

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to assign a skin to a Business Role, via its Technical Profile (in technical profile we have the option to default a skin).

 

The requirement is to have one business role with one skin, and another BR with another skin. Looks easy.

 

I have 2 skins "enabled".

 

Table CRMC_THTMLB_SKIN contains 10 records

Table CRMC_THTMLB_SKNE contains 8 records

 

So normally I should have 2 skins remaining as available for any user. Right?

 

Then I go to the technical profile and assign skin # 2. I assign Technical Profile to Business Role

 

I log out and log back in and I get the layout with skin # 1 ...

 

What do I do wrong? Am I missing something that overrides this config?

 

I also tried forcing the skin # 2 on the user's parameter CRMC_THTMLB_SKIN. Didn't work.

 

Really wondering what the issue would be...

 

 

P.S.: While doing debugging, I also noticed that the "default" skin that is returned is always the FIRST entry from the remainder entries sorted by Skin_Name... Good thing to know if I want to default a skin (within a list of n available skins) to all users.

--> Class: CL_THTMLB_UTIL, Method: Get_Skins.

CRM Service desk - Authorisation on category level

I would like to have create one transaction type document to be servicing two groups distinct group. eg Salaries and wages groups

(prerequisite, salaries people are not allowed to see wages incidents and wages personel are not alled to see salaries calls.)

 

I will be having one documnet type, one category schema for both wages and salaries, (level one will be Salaries an wages)

 

is it possible to have authorisation on category level one. when a call is categorised as "salaries" then wages personell should not be able to see details of such a call.

 

Anyone ever done such authorisation restrictions based on category. If it is possible, what auth objects would regulate this.

(Ns I know that it would work great to have two different document types to manage access between these groups, but I also would like to be able to just re-categorise an incident if it was logged and categorised as wages instead of salaries, but for this functionality I am kinda forced to use only one document type.)


infoset w/o programming

Hello

 

I have 2 tables - loyd_msh_msdyn and but000. First one has 3 colums - client_guid, name , value. Second -  client_guid, client_name, etc.  Client_guid in first table is a key field and related with client_guid field in the second table which is not key field. Loyd_msh_msdyn contains different  attribute names, and value fields contains their values. I need to find clients, who has in the dynamic attribute with the name 'zcounter5' value equal to '1.00000000000000' that is why i have created infoset with certain parameters in order to use it in segmentation. 

What i tried to do:

1. create infoset with this 2 related tables is sq02 using 3 fields (name, value, loyd_msh_msdyn.client_guid)

2. create datasource in crmd_mktds t-code and then create attribute list.

3. in web I am creating  2 filters: name=zcounter5 and value(for zcounter5)=1.00000000000000

4. put them together but nothing happend. I know, i made a mistake, but do not know where. Could you help me with my question, please ? Unfortunatelly I dont know abap

Contact person replication in ECC overrides the existing contact person

Hi experts,

 

Scenario is we are creating a (contact person) business partner  and assigned it to a existing Business partner ( sold to party) using a  customized function module. Business partner got created in crm and a new contact person is added to the existing business partner  but in ecc it overrides all the existing contact person with the new Business partner(contact person)  in transaction XD03 and BDOC got fully processed but an eror meassge is getting (i.e. no classification is assigned to bp).

Please Suggest.

UI Object Type

Hi All,

 

As per business requirement the component AIC_INCIDENT_H was enhancement and 2 new UI object types were created for the view configuration with z-business role , z-role configuration key and z-nagivation bar profile.

 

The new view configuration with the new UI object types , lets call it Z111 and Z999 displayed without problem when accessing from within the UI. We have an action that generates email to user with URL to the incident attached. This URL looks  like this  http://sap-xxxx:xxxx/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=xxx&CRM-OBJECT-TYPE=Z111&CRM-OBJECT-ACTION=B&CRM-OBJECT-VALUE=<guid>&

This leads to an error :

 

 

Diagnosis

 

You have either no authorization for action Display
of  object type xxx Incident (Z111), or this object type is not part of
the role you are assigned to.

 

 

Procedure

 

Contact your system administrator .

 

Procedure for System Administration

 

Check Customizing for Customer Relationship Management
under Business Roles -> Define Business Role and under
UI Framework -> Technical Role Definition -> Define
Navigation Bar Profile

 

Could anyone kindly point out what is missing here?

hybris and ERP

Hi!

I'm new to hybris, so please be kind!  :-)

If I use synchronous pricing to determine prices in ERP, can I still use promotions in hybris?

 

Customer orders:

Product A  qty 2 @ $200/ea

Product  B qty 1 @ $100/ea

 

ERP returns prices:

Product A @ $400

Product B @ $100

 

Can I use a hybris promotion to give the customer Product C because he bought Product A and Product B?  Or do I need to determine free goods in ERP?  Similarly can I use the hybris promotion to give a discount instead of ERP?
