Hi,
in the product master data are two types of relationsships were a customer article number can be maintained.
One is 'customer', id 'PRDCPN' and the other 'Custr/Distr. Chain', id 'PRDSCP'.
In our crm system the relationship 'PRDCPN', is used in the product determination to fill the field 'Partner product' in the line item.
However if you load the customer article number from the ERP system with the object 'CUST_MAT_INFO', the ERP data is loaded into the 'PRDSCP' relationship. It seems that this relationship is never used for the product determination.
Does anyone experienced the same issue. I would be glad to get a hint.
